Lakefront Campsite & Deluxe Lakefront Cabin Rates

CAMPGROUND RATES

All campsite rates are based on the occupancy of two (2) adults and two (2) children. Additional guests will be chared $8 per person per night.

MARINA DOCKAGE RATES

• Transient or Daily Rate: $1.25 per foot per day - includes electric.
• Monthly Dockage Customers: $300.00 per month, plus $10.00 per foot over 30 ft.
• Pay six months in advance and receive a 5% discount
• Pay one year in advance and receive a 10% discount
• 30 AMP Service: $35.00 per month - for ships refrigeration and charging systems.
• $85 per MONTH - Single A/C Plan - 1 A/C, including refrigeration and charging system.
• Vessels with multiple A/C systems requiring 30 or 50 amp service - pricing available upon request.
• Utilities Surcharge: $100 per month for customers staying on their vessel more than 2 nights per week (Not to exceed 6 months).

DELUXE LAKEFRONT CABIN RENTALS

Weekends: 2 day minimum
Holiday Weekends: 3 Day Minimum

CABIN NAMES & SIZES

• Cabin rates are based on the occupancy of two (2) adults and two (2) children. Additional guests will be chared $8 per person per night.
• Pets are welcome. There is a $10 per night charge for each pet in a cabin.
• Store credit for cabins will be given due to cancellation when 48 hours notice or more is given to the office in writing via fax or email.

BOAT RENTALS

• If you are staying in a cabin, you get 20% off any boat rentals.
• Rent a boat for a full day and get a free night in the campground.*

* If you have received a free campsite through the rental of a boat and you are unable to use the rental boat on the day desired due to weather, mechanical failure, or any other reason, a store credit for a boat rental will be given for future use.

20-Foot Fishing/Cruising Pontoon Boat - Full Day - $200. Half-day- $145.
(Fully equipped pontoon w/GPS-Fish finder - 50 HP Honda 4 stroke engine)

17-Foot Boston Whaler - Full Day - $255. Half-day - $165.
(Fully equipped -GPS-Fish finder - 50 HP Honda 4 stroke engine.

RESERVATION/REFUND POLICY

Reservation Policy: For reservations less than 30 days- full payments are required in advance. For reservations more than 30 days-the first 30 days is required in advance.

Refund Policy: No Refunds! Store credit only.
